These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, app and services of Kamareddy Badminton Academy ("we", "us", "the Academy"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and verify your phone number and email to use member features. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account. Memberships for players under 18 require a parent or guardian's consent and details.

2. Memberships, coaching & bookings

• Membership plans, fees and validity are shown in the app and may be updated from time to time.
• Court bookings and class slots are subject to availability and confirmed only after successful payment.
• Please arrive on time; slots begin and end at the scheduled times.
• The Academy may be closed on certain days (maintenance, holidays, events); affected bookings will be adjusted or refunded.

3. Payments & refunds

Fees are payable through the payment methods offered in the app. Except where required by law or stated otherwise, membership fees are non-refundable once the period has started. Cancellations of court bookings are subject to the cancellation window shown at the time of booking. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Code of conduct

Members and guests must follow academy rules, use proper non-marking footwear, respect staff, coaches and other players, and keep the facilities clean. We may suspend or cancel access for unsafe, abusive or repeated rule-breaking behaviour.

5. Health & assumption of risk

Badminton is a physical activity carried out at your own risk. You confirm you are medically fit to participate and will inform coaches of any condition that may affect your safety. To the extent permitted by law, the Academy is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our proven negligence.

6. Notifications

By signing up you agree to receive service messages (OTPs, booking, class, payment and membership reminders and announcements) via WhatsApp, SMS, email or push. You can manage push notifications on your device at any time.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
