Academy Timings

 Sports activity runs daily between 5:00 AM and 10:30 PM
 Closed on Sunday evening and Monday morning
 Closed on three national holidays — Republic Day, Independence Day and Gandhi Jayanti
 Closed on Deepawali and Holi
 Closed on days the hall is booked for other activities
 On holidays, courts can be booked on an hourly basis

Membership & Booking

 Enclose a photocopy of your Aadhaar / Voter ID with the application
 Your admission to a group is personal — you may not replace it with another person without prior office permission
 False information in the application form disqualifies you from joining any group or game
 Membership fees are paid in full on registration; annual and renewal fees are non-refundable
 Court reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability
 Cancel a reservation you can't attend so others get the chance to book

Conduct, Safety & Liability

Members and players are expected to help keep the academy positive and productive for everyone.

Code of Conduct

Conduct yourself in a respectful, sportsmanlike manner towards fellow members, staff and visitors. Disruptive behaviour may result in disciplinary action.

Safety & Facilities

Follow all safety regulations and guidelines; proper attire and equipment are required at all times. Facilities may be used during designated hours only — unauthorized use may end your membership.

Liability Waiver

The academy and its staff are not liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises or outside. Members and players participate at their own risk.

Guests are welcome subject to approval and a guest fee, and must follow all academy rules. The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for rule violations or misconduct, and to update these terms at any time — members will be notified of any changes.
