• Account details: your name, phone number, email address, password (stored encrypted) and, for minors, guardian details.
• Profile details you provide: date of birth, address, emergency contact, and any medical notes you choose to share.
• Activity data: class enrolments, court bookings, membership and payment records, and tournament registrations.
• Technical data: a secure sign-in cookie, your IP address and device/browser information (used for security and to record agreement to our terms).

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and membership.
• To process court bookings, class enrolment, tournaments and payments.
• To verify your phone number and email, and to send you OTPs, reminders and notifications (via WhatsApp, SMS, email or push).
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

3. Sharing with service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with trusted providers that operate the service on our behalf: payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay/UPI) to process payments; messaging providers to deliver OTPs and notifications over WhatsApp/SMS; an email provider for verification and receipts; and Google for "Continue with Google" sign-in. These providers process your data under their own terms.

4. Data security & retention

Passwords are stored using one-way encryption and access is protected. We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements.

5. Your choices & rights

You can view and update most details in your profile. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can turn push notifications on or off on your device at any time.

6. Children

Memberships for players under 18 require a parent or guardian's consent and details. Guardians are responsible for the information provided on a minor's behalf.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
